AC Milan European Player Issue Away #11 Donadoni 1995-1996

AC Milan dominated Italian football in the '90s, it became five-time champions of Italy in the 90s. The absolute highlight being winning their fifth European Cup I, when Johan Cruyff's Barcelona were beaten 4-0 by Fabio Capello's Milan.

The shirt displayed here is a longsleeved Player issue away shirt in longsleeve. The shirt was ment for european matches with different sublimated patterns on the shirt than the regular away shirt used in the competition. The reason for this is the UEFA rules for the branding on the shirt. The sublimated pattern contains Lotto logos all over the shirt normally, this was not allowed so the pattern has been changed. AC Milan never used this away shirt in European matches, which makes the shirt even more special. The shirt would have been issued to Roberto Donadoni who wore number 11 that season.
